This is an opportunity to work on some of the largest and most technically complex electrical projects in the market, backed by a substantial pipeline of work and excellent long-term career progression. If you have experience managing major electrical construction projects and want to move into — or continue building your career within — hyperscale data center construction , we want to hear from you. The Package Depending on experience and project: $150,000
- $200,000 base salary Performance / project bonus Company vehicle or generous vehicle allowance Fuel card / fuel allowance Per diem for qualifying candidates Relocation assistance where applicable Comprehensive medical, dental and vision 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Long-term progression into Senior Project Manager, Project Executive and Operations leadership The Role You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of major electrical scopes on complex mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover Project budgets, forecasting and cost control Procurement and major equipment tracking Change orders and contract administration Project scheduling and milestone management Managing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Working closely with Superintendents and field leadership Coordinating with the GC, owner, engineers and commissioning teams Managing subcontractors, vendors and suppliers Identifying project risks and driving solutions Supporting testing, energization and commissioning Managing client relationships Ensuring projects meet schedule, financial, quality and safety objectives What We're Looking For We're interested in Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with electrical construction experience across: Hyperscale data centers Mission-critical facilities Semiconductor / chip manufacturing Advanced manufacturing Healthcare Industrial construction Large-scale commercial electrical projects Direct data center experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong Electrical Project Managers coming from other technically complex environments will also be considered. Experience with systems including medium voltage, switchgear, generators, UPS, critical power, electrical distribution, controls and commissioning would be particularly valuable. Why Consider It?
