About the Role ANAX Industry Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead ATM Installer to oversee installations and mentor a small crew in the Salt Lake City region. You'll lead pre-installation surveys, manage on-site construction and rigging, and ensure every job meets code, safety, and quality standards. This is a field-heavy role — expect 60%+ travel with overnight stays and long-distance driving throughout the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site installation of ATMs, ATM equipment, and safes across the region, with a focus on construction and rigging.
Conduct pre-installation surveys:
take detailed measurements, produce accurate drawings, and assess job site conditions. Supervise and train a helper/assistant; delegate tasks and verify work quality. Plan and execute rigging operations to safely move and position heavy equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve installation and construction-related issues on site. Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during surveys and installations; provide customer training as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of all surveys, installations, and service calls. Coordinate schedules, routing, and inventory with the operations team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience in ATM installation, safe installation, or a closely related construction or rigging role. Demonstrated leadership or crew-lead experience. Strong construction and rigging skills; comfortable reading and producing site drawings and measurements. Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in varied indoor/outdoor environments. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer-service mindset and a professional, safety-first approach. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must pass a background check.
