Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Operations Lead multiple residential painting projects simultaneously. Oversee daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support project success. Monitor project progress and maintain high standards of workmanship. Ensure projects are completed within budget and according to company expectations. Planning & Coordination Coordinate schedules with builders, contractors, and homeowners. Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations with all stakeholders. Identify potential project challenges and implement solutions proactively. Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project deadlines. Team Leadership & Communication Lead, supervise, and support painting crews on job sites. Provide training, direction, and mentorship to team members. Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment. Maintain professional communication with employees, contractors, and homeowners. Address job site concerns promptly and effectively. Quality Control & Safety Ensure all work meets company expectations, project specifications, and industry standards. Conduct regular quality inspections throughout each project. Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment. Identify and resolve quality or safety concerns before project completion. Promote a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Professional painting experience required. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred. Construction experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
