Full Job Description Overview Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM The E-House Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising a team of technicians and assemblers involved in the construction of Fabricated Electrical Houses (E-Houses) and modular structures for industrial applications. This role ensures production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As the E-House Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be actively involved on the shop floor and collaborate daily with Engineering, Quality Control, and Project Management teams to ensure all structures are built according to design requirements, construction plans, and industry standards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on construction or modular-building experience, along with proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Supervise daytoday construction and assembly activities for the EHouse manufacturing team. Train, mentor, and assign tasks to construction technicians and assemblers. Ensure all building, framing, and assembly work follows construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Oversee installation of structural components, wall systems, floors, roofs, doors, mechanical features, and other modular elements. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve construction issues and ensure compliance with build standards. Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of construction and troubleshoot issues as needed. Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety policies; promote a strong safety culture. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation, including material usage, job progress, time tracking, and inspection checklists. Communicate production status, resource needs, and challenges to management. Foster a collaborative, productive, and safetyfocused team environment. ________________________________________ Knowledge and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction, carpentry, fabrication, or related fields preferred. 3+ years of experience in construction, modular building, or industrial fabrication, including 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and build plans. Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and building techniques such as framing, assembly, and installation. Knowledge of OSHA standards and general construction safety practices. ________________________________________ Core Competencies & Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
