Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. PM In Land Development position include: 12+ years of experience in land development (15-20 years is the sweet spot). Active PE required (Utah PE mentioned for the related role). Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control. Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and high-performance standards. Manage and expand a client portfolio with strong business development skills to win work and grow relationships. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to drive project success. Assist with budgeting, market forecasting, and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; comfortable making changes in a lean environment while primarily overseeing others' work.
Salary:
$100,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
