Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for a Project Executive in Arlington, VA, supporting large-scale commercial construction projects with a focus on Mission Critical/Data Center or Aviation work. This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced construction executive who can oversee complex project portfolios, guide high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive profitable project delivery. The Project Executive will serve as a key operational and client-facing leader, providing executive oversight from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through construction, closeout, and turnover. Lead and support Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and project teams to ensure strong performance, communication, and accountability. Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, billings, cash flow, change management, and profitability. Identify and mitigate financial, contractual, schedule, safety, quality, and operational risks across assigned projects and accounts. Serve as a senior client contact, building relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and industry partners. Participate in pursuits, RFQs, RFPs, proposals, presentations, interviews, and account strategies to support repeat business and new opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$200,000 to $250,000 per year.
