Formerly known as Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc. and Inspiration Plumbing Company, VMG brings together decades of industry expertise to deliver high-quality results across new construction, renovations, design-build projects, and complex commercial installations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead jobsite operations, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive projects to successful completion. What You'll Do Project Leadership Oversee daily jobsite operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines Support manpower planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Lead projects from startup through closeout, including sequencing and coordination Represent VMG in meetings with clients, general contractors, and project partners Safety First Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections Enforce OSHA and VMG safety policies Identify, report, and address hazards, incidents, and near misses Quality & Accountability Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and quality standards Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles Planning & Documentation Complete daily reports, time sheets, and job logs accurately Track costs, invoices, and subcontractor work Maintain organized project documentation and schedules Team Leadership Lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors Set clear expectations and provide coaching and performance feedback Foster a respectful, team-oriented culture built on accountability What You Bring 5+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects (HVAC, Plumbing, or MEP strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage crews and jobsite operations Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and cost control OSHA 30 preferred (or a demonstrated commitment to safety) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development A growth-focused company where your leadership makes an impact Ready to Build With Us?
