Overview Join a 100% employee-owned commercial sheet metal contractor that fabricates, and installs HVAC ductwork for large commercial buildings. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager and Experienced Assistant Project Managers specializing in Sheet Metal HVAC systems to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of project execution align with safety standards, budget parameters, and schedule commitments. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure seamless communication across all project phases. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling tools, and technical schematics will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage multiple large commercial ductwork projects Complete buy-out of all equipment required for the project. Produce and distribute submittals for all HVAC ductwork scope items. Oversee and monitor the BIM process. Develop and submit RFIs as necessary. Release equipment for fabrication and ensure all ductwork and equipment arrive to the jobsite when required for installation. Monitor the CPM schedule and track job progress to ensure timely completion of our scope of work. Set up project budgets, track job costs, forecast cost-to-complete, and manage change orders and progress billings Partner with foremen and superintendents to deliver installations to SMACNA standards, on time and safely Serve as the primary contact for general and mechanical contractors Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise in construction management—especially within the Sheet Metal HVAC sector—to impactful projects that shape communities!

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
