Chesapeake, Virginia job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Manage three to six concurrent federal, municipal, and commercial construction projects, typically valued between $5M and $15M. Lead projects from startup through closeout in partnership with the Project Superintendent. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontracts, submittals, and document-control logs. Process RFIs, proposals, change orders, and monthly payment applications while resolving project issues. Coordinate subcontractors and oversee safety, quality, preconstruction, and client relationships. Requirements 5+ years of construction project management experience; seasoned APM or QC candidates ready to advance may also be considered. Ground-up construction experience with the ability to independently develop schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication, organization, and software skills; federal/USACE experience and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or P6 are preferred. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Manager Minimum 5 years of experienceEducation:
