Job Description

Assistant Site Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees, in close cooperation with Manager(s) as well as cleaning of designated facilities according to Company assignment.

Compensation:

$40.00 per hour pay rate. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Ability to effectively communicate with team members verbally and in writing Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and to accomplish objectives Ability to handle and resolve problems May be required to work overnight shifts and weekends The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for an assigned area or a building. Responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees. Responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company and by our clients Responsible for directing and cleaning designated areas within appropriate timeframes. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skill Manage employee lunches and breaks. Maintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations. In close coordination with Manager(s), effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees Set positive, professional example for workforce. Conduct safety and quality audits. Assign tasks to front line team members based on job requirements or special assignments. Inspect all completed work for conformance to ABM and customer standards. Train new workers and oversee on-going training of existing employees.
