• Ground-Up Construction
• NoVA will: Lead all day-to-day on-site construction operations for ground-up commercial projects.

Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and site sequencing. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Conduct constructability reviews and proactively resolve field issues. Maintain strict quality control standards throughout all phases of construction. Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce OSHA regulations and best practices. Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Complete daily reports, monitor project progress, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation through Procore and related construction technologies. • NoVA will have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.

Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+ . Ability to independently run projects in the $40M range . Strong background in commercial, municipal, community, education, government, or similar large-scale projects. K-12, higher education, municipal, or government project experience highly preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Certification. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, and other construction management tools. Must be located in Northern Virginia or within a reasonable commuting distance, including Southern Maryland candidates near the Virginia market. What's on Offer The Superintendent

• NoVA will receive: Base salary ranging from $110,000
• $150,000 , depending on experience.
