Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience and background in Commerical and residential Projects, Custom Homes, daycares, Office Buildings, retail centers
- Manage and oversee commercial construction/residential projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Develop/amend construction sets. MEP Plans as necessary and stamp the drawings.
- Coordinate engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of contract management principles and experience reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and specifications This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant experience managing new home construction Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) /Architect Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
$90,154.00- $135,418.
