Join a high-growth GC delivering $15M high end interior work Immediate impact role with fast track to PM About Our Client Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing commercial contractor known for executing complex, high-quality interior and renovation projects across a dynamic regional market. They've built a strong reputation for precision, accountability, and delivering challenging projects on time and on budget. They have been established for 25+ years now and complete work in a multitude of sector such as corporate office, retail, law firms, healthcare, government agencies, hospitality, and more. Job Description Lead multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovations Manage project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery Oversee complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrations Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders Utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project tracking and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 2-4+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer with a commercial General Contractor Proven experience delivering high-end interior or corporate buildout projects Strong understanding of complex renovation and construction processes Experience working in active commercial environments (office, legal, medical, or similar) Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred) Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Local market experience in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred What's on Offer High visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership Competitiev Base Salary (depending on experience): $70k - $95k Opportunity to work on complex, design-forward interior projects Clear growth path into Project Manager Strong compensation package with performance-based bonus Stable pipeline of diverse, challenging work across multiple sectors
