About the Role We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers and field teams on active commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real exposure to project management and field operations. What You'll Do Assist with project coordination, schedules, and documentation Support submittals, RFIs, and project tracking Attend jobsite visits and observe field operations Communicate with subcontractors and vendors Help track progress, photos, and reporting What We're Looking For Strong organization and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Bluebeam a plus) Positive attitude and willingness to learn What You'll Gain Hands-on experience on active commercial projects Direct mentorship from experienced Project Managers Exposure to both office and field operations
