full-time About the Company A growing healthcare construction team is seeking a Superintendent to lead the delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has experience managing complex commercial projects from start to finish. About the Role Ground-up commercial construction projects Projects typically ranging from $30M+ (Healthcare) Large-scale commercial developments with aggressive schedules Responsibilities Oversee all daily field operations and site activities Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards Identify and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with project teams and trade partners Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain an organized, productive work environment Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone completion Qualifications 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting Ground-up/Reno commercial construction experience required (Healthcare) Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety Required Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred
