Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Motion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through customized assisted stretching sessions that improve flexibility, alleviate muscle soreness, and enhance overall body performance. You will work one-on-one with clients of all ages and fitness levels, providing expert advice on movement, recovery, and injury prevention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong understanding of human movement, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and proper body alignment. Develop personalized stretching routines that address clients' mobility, flexibility, and muscle tension. Monitor and assess clients' progress and adjust sessions accordingly. Provide support and motivation to clients throughout their stretching journey. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment. Ensure client satisfaction and build strong, positive relationships. Keep up with the latest techniques in movement and recovery.

Qualifications :

Certification, license, or degree in a related field (e.g., personal training, physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, massage therapy, yoga, or other human movement fields). Prior experience in a fitness, rehabilitation, or wellness environment is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and various stretching techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and connect with clients. A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Positive, professional, and personable demeanor.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to demonstrate stretches and movements with proper technique. Ability to assist clients with various movement-based activities.
