Job Overview We are seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent who is responsible for managing all phases of residential home construction from site preparation through final homeowner acquisition. The superintendent coordinates subcontractors, schedules, inspections, quality control, and customer communication. To accomplish these goals and to provide a benefit to the person that is selected, we will provide a company truck and fuel. Key Responsibilities.

A Residential Construction Superintendent will:

• Manage daily residential construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project schedules
• Review plans and specifications
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate permits and inspections
• Communicate with homeowners

• Ability to speak fluent English.
• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Residential construction foreman experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience managing custom homes.

Pay:

$40.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
