Summer Schedule (May-August): Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Regular Schedule (September-April): Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to help lead our cleaning team. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on janitorial experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The supervisor will oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish Assist with and coordinate special cleaning projects Support management in maintaining cleanliness standards across all assigned buildings Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including: Trash removal Dusting and surface cleaning Restroom cleaning and sanitization Vacuuming and sweeping common areas Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs 1-3 years of janitorial experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience with Team Task software is a plus The Budd Group Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law or regulation. #LI-DNI
