Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman Superintendent to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role combines hands-on management with strategic planning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience managing teams on complex construction sites. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee procurement processes utilizing Construction Management Software such as ProCore or Prolog Enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress against project milestones Collaborate with project managers on contract administration, change orders, and managing construction contracts effectively Qualifications Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management with a strong track record of supervising large teams on complex projects Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints accurately Familiarity with OSHA regulations, federal safety standards, and construction safety management practices Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to supervise site activities while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance Valid certifications in OSHA safety training; additional certifications in Construction Management or related fields are preferred Join us in delivering outstanding construction projects by leading with expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
