What You'll Do Manage and oversee all aspects of the Operations Training Program

Ensure that participants and instructors follow all policies and procedures

Establish, track and report benchmarks and progress of the program

Coordinate field personnel with instructors

Ensure that all safety policies are incorporated in every level of development

Works closely with Superintendents and Foremen to maximize the efficiencies of the program

Perform other duties as requested by leadership

What You'll Have Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

5 year's experience in the utility industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

5-7 year's experience leading instructor led training

Must have strong understanding of construction and pipeline safety policies and procedures OSHA 30 and Competent Person Training preferred

Excellent communication skills, ability to present theory and concepts, as well as hands-on technical instruction with clarity, confidence and enthusiasm required

Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Suite

Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
