About the Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the full project lifecycle from buyout through closeout Overseeing budgets, cost control, and monthly financial reporting Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and field supervision team Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Leading project schedules and ensuring milestone compliance Maintaining strong client and architect/engineer relationships Supporting preconstruction and estimating efforts when required Identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving project success Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company standards
Requirements:
3-7+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Strong background in commercial construction, with multifamily experience preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financials Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Why Apply? Salary & Benefits:
