About the Role This is a hands-on Superintendent position overseeing multiple active projects across the Northern VA/DC region. The company is looking for a seasoned field professional who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Projects will typically range from $1M-$10M, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple active projects and a diverse range of commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple active projects Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and field teams Overseeing project schedules, sequencing, logistics, and daily site activities Ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance standards are maintained Managing site logistics and coordinating materials, manpower, and deliveries Supporting renovation, addition, and work within older/existing buildings Identifying and resolving field issues to keep projects moving forward Collaborating closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and design teams Conducting site meetings and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders Driving progress across multiple $1M-$10M projects simultaneously
Requirements:
5-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Strong background in commercial and/or multifamily construction Experience with renovations, additions, older buildings, and occupied spaces strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Strong subcontractor management and field leadership experience Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site operations

Salary & Benefits:
