Job Description
Job Description Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day field construction activities on government and commercial projects. This role plans and coordinates crews and subcontractors, enforces safety and quality standards, tracks progress against schedule and budget, and supports change management and documentation. The supervisor serves as the on-site point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring work complies with drawings, specs, and regulatory requirements while modeling Olgoonik's culture of safety, integrity, collaboration, and community-focused performance. Responsibilities Supervise daily field construction activities and workforce on assigned projects. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet schedule and budget. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; lead site safety meetings and inspections. Monitor work quality and compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. Track progress, document quantities, and support cost control and forecasting. Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders in coordination with project management. Serve as primary on-site liaison with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain site documentation, reports, and logs in accordance with contract requirements. Support training, mentorship, and performance feedback for field personnel. Promote Olgoonik's culture of integrity, collaboration, and community support on every project.
