full-time The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for assisting with project documentation, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Manager in managing all phases of commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure efficient workflow Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance Track project schedules and help identify potential delays or risks Support cost control efforts including budgeting, change orders, and procurement Prepare and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, logs) Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and engineers Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met Assist with project closeout including punch lists, final documentation, and turnover
