Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion. Overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client communication. Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, superintendents, and internal project teams. Monitoring project performance to ensure quality, safety, and profitability objectives are met. Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership. Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Supporting field operations and conducting site visits as required. Maintaining strong client relationships while delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Collaborating with senior project leadership to ensure successful execution across the project portfolio. Utilizing construction management software and reporting tools to track progress and project outcomes. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager must have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering commercial interior construction projects. Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+ preferred. Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office applications. Ground-up construction experience is a plus but not required.
