Construction Site Supervisor

Lynmar Builders is a Commercial General Contracting Company Specializing in Supermarket, Restaurant, Hotel, and Retail construction. We provide Construction and Maintenance for our customers in the states of NJ, PA, DE, MD, and VA. We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. 80-90% of the work we do is on an overnight schedule (9pm-7am). Qualifications

• Strong Organization Skills
• Knowledge of basic computer software and Sage
• Blue Print Reading
• Managing subcontractors and well as the site
• Maintaning constant documentation and safety throughout site
• Reporting to Project Managers
• Scheduling and coordinating to meet deadlines
