The Opportunity:
You will join a legacy-driven industry leader with over 64 years of expertise in pre-engineered metal building construction. As a primary on-site leader, you will drive the successful delivery of landmark industrial projects while mentoring a high-performing field operations team. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Direct all field operations and trade contractors to ensure project execution aligns with strict design specifications. Champion a world-class safety culture that exceeds OSHA standards through daily oversight and proactive training. Drive the overall project schedule by implementing strategic mitigation plans to prevent logistical delays. Oversee rigorous quality control programs and conduct inspections to maintain the highest craftsmanship standards. Facilitate professional collaboration between subcontractors, engineers, and clients to resolve real-time field conflicts. Utilize advanced construction technology to manage photo documentation and digital plan reviews efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience overseeing large-scale concrete pours and clear-span steel structures. Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar industrial projects with a zero-incident safety record. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings and construction sequences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse crews under rigorous oversight. Technical proficiency in digital markup tools and field communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Associates Degree in Construction Management or a related technical field. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to enhance field communication and team dynamics. Extensive experience in the specialized erection of large-scale pre-engineered metal buildings, concrete form work, and retaining walls. Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and shared knowledge within a collaborative environment.
