This energetic role requires a proactive leader who thrives in managing multiple teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards. As a key player in our construction management efforts, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results while fostering a positive, productive work environment. Responsibilities Overseeing residential and/or commercial painting projects from start to finish Leading painters and crew members on job sites Ensuring quality work, clean lines, proper prep, and professional finishes Coordinating daily jobsite tasks, materials, timelines, and crew assignments Communicating with customers in a professional and respectful manner Performing job walkthroughs before, during, and after projects Helping identify materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job Making sure jobsites are clean, safe, and organized Training newer painters and helping them improve Assisting with painting, cutting, spraying, pressure washing, prep work, and touch-ups as needed Reporting job progress, issues, or customer concerns to ownership Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising skills in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency in construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling techniques Familiarity with contracts management and quality assurance processes Hands-on experience with construction site safety standards such as OSHA regulations Skilled in managing multiple teams, coordinating schedules, and overseeing quality control measures Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while advancing your career in construction management.
