Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking a motivated, reliable Assistant Superintendent to join our fast-growing commercial concrete contracting team in Northern Virginia. This position is based out of Warrenton, VA and offers an excellent opportunity for a hard-working individual looking to grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a company work truck with trailer to transport small equipment and materials Gather, deliver, and organize materials for active job sites Assist with supervision and coordination of crew members as needed Support day-to-day job site operations to ensure efficiency and safety Obtain required certifications and training as necessary

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening Willingness to obtain certifications and participate in required training Mechanical aptitude and general construction knowledge are a plus, but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $45,000
