Job Description The responsibilities of a
Superintedent:
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior, SCIF, and federal construction projects. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Monitor and enforce quality control standards and safety compliance. Conduct site inspections and manage project punch list activities. Review construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and field coordination issues. Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site logistics. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution. Travel to project sites as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintedent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Commercial interiors experience required. Experience with SCIF, secure-space, federal, or defense-related projects preferred. Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam preferred. Experience with Vista preferred. Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience is a plus. OSHA 30 certification preferred (company will assist qualified candidates in obtaining certification). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to step into projects and immediately add value with minimal ramp-up time. What's on Offer Base Salary 120k
