Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project or projects to ensure that goals and objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through personnel assigned to assist. We are in need of experienced Project Managers, with at least 5 years of Commercial General Contractor experience (this is a must) with extensive school experience. Our jobsites are based around a 75-mile radius around our Winchester, VA office, and they must be willing to travel to each of their assigned job sites.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, performance appraisals, making recommendations to management for the rewarding and disciplining of employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience:

Project Manager Level 1: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred; plus 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Manager Level 2: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred; plus 5 to ten 10 of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills :

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and tangible variables. Other Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures and standards, and negotiations. Strong communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid driver's license.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
