Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Coordinate project schedules using construction CRM software (such as Builder Tread or Job Tread) to optimize resource allocation and timeline adherence Review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using cost management tools Work with company foremen and subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plan Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly Ensure adherence to construction regulations, permits, contracts, and quality assurance procedures throughout all project phases Requirements 5+ years experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects in residential building Strong proficiency in construction management software such as Builder Trend, Job Tread, and similar CRMs Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling (including construction schedule coordination) and project cost management Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience working on-sites with a solid understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance Exceptional project leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across multiple projects Familiarity with contract management, construction regulations, and legal aspects of project delivery Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects that make a lasting impact!
