Seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget while prioritizing safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project proposals, bids, and contracts to determine timeframes, funding, staffing, and resource allocation Establish work plans, staffing, and subcontracts for each project phase Manage projects from pre-construction through completion Direct project personnel to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards Prepare and present project reports to management and clients Coordinate with regulatory and oversight agencies Supervise and train staff, including performance appraisals and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

Level 1: Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years related experience Level 2: Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-10 years related experience
