A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive project management experience within the commercial or industrial construction industry. Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial , or other complex commercial projects. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software. OSHA 30 and a valid Driver's License required. PMP or CCM certifications are highly preferred
Education:
