Position Title:
After School Assistant Site Coordinator Report to: Site Coordinator, Wings Director and Wings Assistant Director Do you enjoy working with a team of educators to provide the best possible after school enrichment experience to children? Are you enthusiastic about after school and the doors it can open for youth in our community? If you answered yes to these questions we would love to have you join our organization as an Assistant Site Coordinator.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise and Lead Programs Lead programs 2-3 times a week depending on site's needs Fill in for the site coordinator when needed Ensure that all Wings' operational policies and procedures, and those of the WSWSU applicable to after school, are being followed. Maintain the safety of students, perform routine first aid, and seek assistance for serious illness/injury. Adhere to general safety guidelines issued by the VT AOE safety procedures outlined by Wings.
Organizational and Outreach Efforts:
Work as a community liaison in all aspects of the Wings organization Communicate with parents in a timely and professional manner
Assistant Site Coordinator Expectations:
Assistant Site coordinator is expected to attend trainings as requested by Wings administration Assistant Site coordinator is expected to be present when needed during after school programming Assistant Site coordinator must sign and adhere to Site Coordinator Expectations and Safety Procedures form
Assistant Site Coordinator Hours:
2:45 pm-4:45 pm Monday-Friday Total hours: 10 hours/ week Pay rate: $21-25/ hour based on experience and education
