Our Project Manager's tasks include: Leading a high-performing construction team and sub-contractors to complete high quality restoration projects on time and on budget Working hand in hand with customers, team members, and sub trades to drive projects to completion in the most efficient manner possible Helping our clients navigate a potentially stressful situation by setting clear expectations, and providing transparent and timely communication Facilitating project meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipating stakeholder needs, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasting, and billings Driving and care for company take home vehicle Leading, training, and supporting crew of in-house team members through coaching, professional development, team meetings, and GSRs (Goal Setting and Review meetings). Develop and maintain good relationships with local sub trade contractors On the tools construction experience, management experience, and a history of professional excellence is required.

Compensation package includes:
