Job duties Lead a team of operators, pipe engineers, and earthwork laborers Ability to drive project schedule and keep ahead of production through preplanning and making sure all equipment and materials are ready at jobsite prior to starting Lazer focused on jobsite security to OHSA and city standards Good soft skills to lead and train team members and also interact with city inspectors Ability to direct work of vendors such as flaggers, asphalt companies, surveyors, etc… Requirements 10+ years experience in ROW work including main line extension for water, sewer, storm, electrical, and communications 2+ years as a crew lead Heavy excavation operator experience—role will be 80% foreman and 20% operator Experience with managing multiple residential projects at the same time Grading knowledge for city sidewalks, driveways, and asphalt Ability to read civil and architecture plans Knowledgable on OSHA standards and code requirements Able to pass background and drug tests

Pay:
