Responsibilities Assist in coordinating project schedules using software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to ensure timely completion of milestones. Support project managers in managing construction budgets, cost estimates, and procurement processes utilizing tools such as HeavyBid and Construction management software. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to facilitate accurate execution on-site. Collaborate with teams to monitor construction schedule coordination, ensuring all phases align with project timelines. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports. Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, construction regulations, and quality control measures. Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and compliance with project scope and deadlines. Skills Strong understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, and cost management principles. Hands-on experience with construction site operations and familiarity with blueprint reading and construction plans. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance and safety standards across commercial infrastructure projects. Excellent project coordination skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role; capable of fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Skilled in contract administration, project scheduling, and managing complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
