full-time Commercial Construction TI Project Manager We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex tenant improvement and interior build-out projects, with experience delivering Class A commercial and/or healthcare facilities . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

Manage TI projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met. Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, owners, and internal teams. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project execution. Monitor financial performance, documentation, and overall project progress.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven TI/fit-out experience , preferably Class A commercial or healthcare. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
