Construction Project Manager Location:
Natural Resources Building•Olympia, WA Work Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered
Salary:

Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects, including assisting in the development of contracts, project scheduling, and coordination with design firms and construction contractors to deliver construction projects for the agency. Manage project budgets and utilize effective cost control measures on projects. Document project progress and contractor compliance. Direct the work of consultants and assigned project support staff; monitor the work of contractors. Coordinate with partners for project site access and schedules. Communicate with partners on project details, contract details, and deletions. Coordinate selection of Architecture and/or Engineering firms and manage design contracts, inclusive of partner input.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or closely allied field AND (5) five or more years of construction project management experience; OR equivalent education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling of design, contracting, and construction milestones. Experience in developing and organizing public works construction projects.
