Provide Construction Manager to support the Tank Farm Projects (TFP) organization. Manage all conventional aspects of small to medium, non-stand-alone Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), capital improvement or facility/infrastructure upgrade contracts/projects from initiation through closeout in accordance with quality standards and requirements. Manage fixed prices, time, and material contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Notify the Task Project Manager and Manager of Construction if unforeseen issues potentially impact the construction planning or project baseline. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Construction Management, or Project Management, or Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience - Ten (10) years of related experience. (Years of experience required are in addition to years of equivalent experience to satisfy an educational requirement equivalency.) Desired Qualifications/Skills High-risk construction experience. Experience in Department of Energy nuclear facility. Experience with electrical and instrument/control field Installations on a construction project. Knowledge in the development and process of construction contracts. Previous experience with high-risk radiological work.

$75.00 - $150.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
