Project Execution Job Overview:
- Designated leader of assigned construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promoting Fowler in local community o Responsible for building regional relationships in community with owner, A/E's, subs/suppliers, construction industry professionals and AHJ's

- Baseline Management o Establish and Execute Project Schedule Baseline o Establish and Execute Project Costs Baseline o Establish and Execute Project Technical Baselines
- Ensure safety compliance of managed project(s)
- Ensure Fowler Quality Program is implemented on managed project(s)
- Create team environment for project team. Clearly communicate goals and responsibilities of project team members.
- Manage expectations of the owner. Build a relationship with owners to establish a long-lasting working relationship. Sell Fowler for future repeat business.
- Manage Architect and Engineers to support constructability of project. Create relationships to create positive project outcomes.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to project baseline goals.
Qualifications:
- Construction Management or equivalent technical degree and 3 years of construction experience
- 7 years of applicable construction experience
Certifications:
- Desired o DBIA Professional o DBIA Associate o PMP o LEAN o LEED AP o Scheduling (PMI-SP) o
OSHA 10 / 30
Hard Skills:
- P6 Scheduling - Baseline Establishment, Schedule Updates, Time Impact Analysis, Procurements o 4-Week Looks Ahead / Pull-planning / Milestone Management
- Cost to Date / Earned Value / WIP Cost Reporting
- Owner Progress Billings
- Change Process o Owner and Subcontractor/Supplier
- Invoicing and Timecard Approval
- Estimating Experience for self-perform and subcontracted work
- Contract Knowledge and Construction Law Experience. o Ability to issue subcontracts and purchase orders. o Buy-out of estimate to project budget o Understanding of Owner contract types; Design-Build, CM @ Risk, Fixed Price
- Safety Training / Experience. Knowledge of construction industry standards
- Buy-Out and Contracting at Contract Award
- Technical Document Understanding o Drawings, Models, Specifications, RFI's, Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc.…
- Technical Writing - Letters, Emails, and Correspondence
- QA / QC - Fowler and Project QA Requirements and Management
- Project Management Software (i.
