Re-Bath of Tri-Cities Sales Representative Outside sales design consultant servicing Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, Eastern Oregon, Yakima & Wenatchee full-time position available. OVERVIEW

We are growing at a fast pace. Our lead flow is strong and we need to hire an experienced and professional Sales Rep ASAP in Tri-cities and surrounding communities. Since 2009 our success has been built upon quality products and expert installation. You will be working with individuals who have a passion for exceeding the customer's expectations. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. We have found that our customers want to buy our products and services but don't like being "sold." So, rather than a "pushy" salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

ABOUT YOUR MANAGER

You will be working directly with the Owners, who are committed to your success. We are responsible for your training and ongoing development. We do not micro-manage; we expect that you will work independently but we are available to provide backup and support when needed.

SCHEDULE

Position available is for Wednesday through Saturday. This would include evening appointments. We cover a wide span of cities so reliable transportation is a must. Also, the ability to stay in hotels as needed is critical as well. (Paid by Re-bath)

EXPERIENCE/Top Producer. Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent computer and smartphone skills. Able to pass a background check.
