Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your expertise in construction management software, blueprint reading, and project scheduling will drive successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale construction initiatives through proactive supervision, strategic planning, and effective management of resources. Pole Barns, Home Builds and Remodeling Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues promptly Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify work scope and technical accuracy Supervise team members, providing guidance on construction techniques, safety procedures, and performance expectations Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and project schedules Ensure proper use of construction site equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and other specialized tools Experience Proven supervising experience in large-scale construction projects within the heavy civil or infrastructure sectors Strong background in construction management
  • Pole Barns, Home Builds & Remodeling Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision Demonstrated knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment on-site Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across multiple projects Ability to lead teams with excellent management skills while fostering a collaborative work environment Construction site experience with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and project delivery excellence
