In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by managing resources effectively, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines efficiently Oversee subcontractors and construction teams, providing guidance and supervision to maintain productivity and quality standards Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify scope of work and ensure compliance with specifications Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety (OSHA compliance), and progress tracking Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Ohmmeter to monitor project metrics, perform estimations, and troubleshoot technical issues Coordinate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and industry best practices for construction site safety Experience Proven management experience supervising construction projects or teams in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Strong understanding of construction processes such as blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, project scheduling, and estimating Hands-on experience with construction site operations including quality control measures and safety protocols Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective supervision Familiarity with contracts management and negotiation skills to handle project scope changes or disputes effectively Prior experience working with heavy equipment testing tools like ohmmeters or similar diagnostic instruments is a plus Join us as an Installer/Supervisor where your leadership will shape successful projects from start to finish!
