Qualifications Experience & Mindset Proven Track Record:
5-7 years of B2B business development or sales experience, with a documented history of hitting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
Industry Relevance:
At least 3 years of experience selling directly to commercial property managers, HOAs, developers, or institutional facility sectors.
Relationship Builder:
Exceptional ability to build trust externally with clients and internally across matrixed branch operations teams.
Industry Knowledge:
Landscape, commercial facility management, or horticultural industry experience is highly preferred.
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience managing sales pipelines in project management/CRM software, with Aspire experience highly preferred. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Education & Certifications Degree:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
Licensing:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
Industry Credentials:
Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) or relevant horticultural certifications are a significant plus.
