What You Will Do Lead Field Operations:

Client & Designer Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers regarding progress, changes, and approvals.
Ensure Site Safety:
Enforce strict job site safety protocols, conduct safety checks, and manage environmental risk factors.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
3-5+ years of proven project management experience specifically within landscape construction.
Technical Mastery:
Deep knowledge of hardscaping, grading, drainage systems, plant installation, and heavy equipment operation.
Software Skills:
Proficiency with landscape estimation, tracking, and scheduling platforms (such as LMN) alongside standard office software.
Leadership:
Strong track record of running multiple crews, managing change orders, and resolving field issues independently.
Credentials:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
