What You Will Do Schedule Operations:

Procure Materials:
Order and coordinate deliveries for bulk materials like soils, gravels, boulders, and plant nursery stock.
Coordinate Teams:
Serve as the central communication hub between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients.
Manage Documentation:
Handle critical paperwork including utility locates, municipal permits, change orders, and job costing logs.
Track Inventory:
Monitor equipment needs and tool allocations across active job sites to prevent project delays.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
2+ years of coordination or scheduling experience in landscape construction.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency with spreadsheets and modern landscape management or scheduling software (such as LMN).
Logistical Edge:
Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of balancing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to handle vendors, crews, and clients daily.
Industry Grit:
Basic knowledge of landscape construction processes, materials, and safety standards is highly preferred.
