This role is responsible for project planning, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with ownership, field crews, subcontractors, and inspectors. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from contract award through final closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-performed work Review and manage subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Monitor job costs, production rates, and project profitability Ensure compliance with contract requirements, plans, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate inspections, testing, and agency communication Oversee project documentation including certified payrolls and closeout packages Communicate regularly with ownership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of construction project management experience Strong understanding of construction means and methods Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) In-Office position (non-remote) Preferred Experience Commercial or public works construction experience Familiarity with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements Experience with project management or accounting software (e.g., Procore, Foundation) Background in concrete, excavation, utilities, or general contracting What We Offer Stable, long-term position with a growing construction company Competitive pay based on experience Direct access to company leadership Opportunity to manage projects end-to-end To Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your construction project management experience.
