Budgeting Full Job Description Location:
Eastern Spokane, WA & North Idaho We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for new custom homes, ADU structures and some commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong residential construction experience and at least some commercial construction experience. Most projects will be located in the eastern Spokane, Washington, and North Idaho area. Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Manager to:- Manage day-to-day job site operations from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with plans, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce job site safety.
- Resolve field issues and communicate project progress with project management.
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Some commercial construction experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We Offer
